Here are step-by-step instructions for sending a calendar invite from popular web platforms to the Erie Rotary Calendar (eriecorotary@gmail.com):
- Open Google Calendar: Go to Google Calendar and sign in with your account.
- Create a New Event:
- Click on the date and time when you want to schedule the event.
- Fill in the event details, such as the event title, location, and description.
- Add Erie Rotary Email:

- This email is linked to the Erie Rotary Calendar, which is managed through Google Calendar
Calendar Update:
- Upon acceptance, the event appears in the Erie Rotary Calendar, visible to anyone who has access to view or manage the calendar.
- All event details, including date, time, location, and any additional notes, are saved in the calendar entry.

Notifications and Updates:
- The Erie Rotary Calendar will reflect the event, and any participants will be notified if changes are made (e.g., time or date changes).
- If the event is updated or canceled, the changes will automatically sync with the Erie Rotary Calendar, and the event will be updated accordingly.
Visibility and Access:
- The event is visible on the Erie Rotary Calendar for all users who have viewing or editing rights.
- Depending on the calendar settings, this event may be shared with other members or made visible to those who have access to the Erie Rotary Calendar.
