Regardless of the circumstance or need, the Rotary Club of Erie, CO provides mobility and accessibility items to whoever requests them. The equipment is available to ease the financial and logistical burden when you or a loved one needs medical equipment on a temporary basis. (up to six months)
The Loan Locker is a collaborative effort between the Erie Community Center and the Rotary Club of Erie to provide on loan, durable medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, shower benches, etc. to those recovering from surgery or medical conditions in the Erie area.
Please complete the Loan Locker Request form to request, return or donate your equipment. A Rotarian will contact you to let you know if that equipment is currently available and to arrange to meet at Erie “U” Storage, located at 1189 Telleen Ave. The loan lockers are located in the front left (units D3 and D4) as you pull into Erie “U” Storage. Please park in front of the office to avoid blocking traffic that may need to get past the loan lockers.

Small donations are welcome. These donations are used to maintain the equipment and also to support charitable events in the Erie community.
We are routinely finding projects that we can lend a hand with and help keep Erie special.
